This event will be an official stop for the Chugiak-Eagle River Chamber of Commerce's annual Merry Merchant Munch, and will be advertised in the 2024 Merry Merchant Munch Guide, as well as in the 2024 Anchorage Daily News Holiday Bazaar Guide.
Event Information
Bazaar Date: Saturday, December 7, 9am - 3pm Location: Community Covenant Church, 16123 Artillery Road, Eagle River (behind Eagle Academy Charter School, off of the South Eagle River exit from the Glenn Highway)
Booth & Pricing Information
Small Booth (6'x10'): $45
Standard Booth (10'x10'): $55
Double Booth (10'x20'): $100
Booths include the allotted floor space and 2 chairs. A table is not provided unless specifically requested.
Request a booth location adjacent to an electrical outlet: $15 additional charge
Request day use of an 8" table: $10 additional charge per table
Early Bird Discount: receive $5 off registrations received before October 1.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be requested before November 30 to be eligible for a refund.
Our espresso stand will be open during the event, and there will be complimentary coffee and snacks available for you in the church kitchen throughout the day.
Set-up
Vendors may set up any time between 5pm and 8pm on Friday, December 6. The bazaar will not be open to the public on Friday evening.
On Saturday, December 7, the building will be unlocked at 8am, and the bazaar itself will run from 9am - 3pm. Please park towards the rear of the lot so attendees have easy access during the day. You are welcome to load out as soon as the event ends on Saturday.
Food Vendors
This bazaar has an Event Permit under the Anchorage Department of Health. Any vendor offering non-cottage foods (generally defined as shelf stable and not requiring heated or refrigerated storage) will need to apply for a temporary food vendor permit using the Application to Operate a Temporary Food Establishment.
