How long will the search for a lead pastor take?
The search for a lead pastor must be undertaken with deep consideration of our needs as a congregation, and more importantly, fervent prayer for God's continued guidance. It is, by design, not a rushed process, but it is also not a process that we intended to last longer than it needs to be. Once the pastoral search committee is formed, it can take up to a year to gather interested and qualified candidates to present to the congregation, and (depending on location) up to 3 months after the candidate is selected for them to become established as lead pastor. We thank you for your patience during this time, and we hope you realize how important you and your prayers are during the process!
