Event Information
Bazaar Date: Saturday, December 3, 9am - 3pm
Location: Community Covenant Church, 16123 Artillery Road, Eagle River
(behind Eagle Academy Charter School, off of the South Eagle River Glenn Highway exit)
Booth & Pricing Information
  • Small Booth (6'x10'): $40
  • Standard Booth (10'x10'): $50
  • Double Booth (10'x20'): $100

Booths include the allotted floor space and 2 chairs.
  • Add a booth location adjacent to electricity: $15
  • Add an 8" table: $10 per table

Early Bird Discount: receive $10 off if you register before October 15.

Our espresso stand will be open during the event, and there will be complimentary coffee and snacks available for you in the kitchen throughout the day.

We will not be doing a silent auction, so product donations will not be solicited.

Set-up

Vendors may set up any time between 5pm and 8pm on Friday, December 2. The bazaar will not be open to the public on Friday evening this year. 

On Saturday, December 4, the building will be opened at 8am, and the bazaar itself will run from 9am - 3pm. You are welcome to load out as soon as the event ends on Saturday. 

Network Sales Brands

In order to honor your business and your time, we will not register duplicate vendors from the same company or network sales brand. The following companies/brands are already represented:
