God purposefully designed each of us with gifts, talents, skills, and passions that make us unique individuals, and when these qualities are used to serve others, they become tangible examples of God’s love for us and those around us. For we are God’s workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do. (Eph. 2:10)
The goal of this survey is to understand the passions and talents of our congregation and then to match the submissions with the needs in the Eagle River-Chugiak community. Your are invited to take some time and ask God how you can be of service to your neighbors in Eagle River-Chugiak. By filling out the Online Gifts-Passions-Talents-Skills Survey, you are not committing to anything. You are simply providing a starting point for church staff as they try to fulfill unveiled needs in our community. This can open up volunteer opportunities for you as an individual or as part of a family or group.
The Online Survey also includes a place at the very end to list your business information if you would like for us to consider using your services to meet needs in the community.
Above all, please remember, this service that you perform is not only supplying the needs of God’s people, but is also overflowing in many expressions of thanks to God. (2 Cor. 9:12)
