On-Call Miscellaneous Office Assistance
Hang out with the office staff and help with various projects such as folding, stuffing, stapling, sorting large mailings or print jobs, assembling the worship guides, running emergency errands, organizing/filing, etc.
Worship Guide Fold and Stuff
Do you have an hour or two on Fridays? We need one or more people to fold and stuff Worship Guides. The more people, the less Fridays each would have to do. The Worship Guides are typically ready to fold and stuff about 2:30pm or 3:00pm.
ECCAK Newsletter Preparation
We have committed to the Evangelical Covenant Church of Alaska (ECCAK) to fold and prepare two of their newsletters per year. Your help with this is a way of supporting ministry throughout Alaska.
Staff Meeting Lunches
The church staff has a meeting about 4 times a year over lunch. If you would like to prepare a simple lunch for the staff sometime please contact Cheri in the church office. Your costs would be reimbursed.
