Welcome Center Team
Do you enjoy meeting new people? Are you friendly and enthusiastic? Do you have a positive spirit? Consider joining our Welcome Center Team. The team's mission is to welcome guests and help them become oriented with the ministry and spirit of Community Covenant Church. You don't have to have all the answers to help, just a willing spirit and a smile.
Greeting Team
Encourage people as they enter the building for worship gatherings. This team provides a warm, personal greeting to each person as they enter our facility, especially our newest guests. In this subtle but significant way, we encourage them to encounter God and to connect with the body of Christ in our worship gatherings.
Explore Weekend Kitchen Team
Help prepare and serve food for the Explore Weekends four times a year. This is a great way to serve alongside others while helping to create a warm, friendly environment for those exploring who we are as a church.
Sunday Morning Refreshments Team
Help prepare and serve the muffins, juice and coffee on Sunday mornings following each of the worship gatherings. Serve one Sunday every two months. Training is provided along with a rotating schedule. Requires approximately two hours of service on a Sunday.
Sunday Evening Refreshments Team
Help prepare and serve a light snack that follows the 5pm worship gathering. Serve one Sunday every two months. Training is provided along with a rotating schedule.
Sunday Special Lunches Team
Help prepare, setup, serve and cleanup for special lunches that are served approximately once a month on Sundays following the 11am worship gathering.
Special Events Team
Help plan and coordinate special events in the life of Community Covenant Church, such as the 4th of July Baptism and Picnic, holiday special events, etc.
Baptism Celebration Team
Help prepare and serve simple snacks to follow baptism gatherings approximately three times a year.
Memorial Hospitality Team
Help prepare and serve food following memorial services that are held at the church. This is an opportunity to serve families in the church and in the community during a time of loss.
